We know you will be anxiously waiting for your package to arrive at your front door, so please read below to help guide your shipping selection. Our customers are our number one priority and we want to make sure your order is shipped to you as soon as possible.
Order Processing
Orders are processed as quickly as possible during regular business days, excluding weekends and holidays.
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package.
Please note that processing times may vary during holidays, sales, new arrivals, launches, or other high-volume seasons.
Shipping Times
Delivery time depends on the shipping method selected at checkout and the carrier’s current delivery schedule.
Once your package leaves venture19, transit times are handled by the shipping carrier. venture19 is not responsible for shipping delays caused by weather, carrier interruptions, holidays, incorrect addresses, or other circumstances outside of our control.
Weekend & Holiday Shipping
Orders are processed and shipped daily.
Orders placed on a holiday will begin processing on the next business day.
Shipping rates
Shipping rates are calculated and displayed at checkout based on your order and selected shipping method.
Please review your shipping details carefully before completing your purchase.
Shipping Address Change
If you notice an issue with your shipping address, please contact us right away at online@venture-19.com with your name, order number, and the correct shipping information.
We begin processing orders quickly, so address changes are not guaranteed. Once an order has been processed or shipped, we are unable to make changes to the shipping address.
Lost, Stolen, or Delivered Packages
Once a package has been marked as delivered by the carrier, venture19 is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your order, we recommend checking around your porch, mailbox, parcel locker, side doors, and with neighbors.
You may also contact the shipping carrier directly for delivery details or to file a claim.
Returned Packages
If your package is returned to venture19 due to an incorrect or incomplete address, refused delivery, or carrier issue, we will contact you once the package is received.
Customers are responsible for any additional shipping charges required to resend the order. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
