Not always. Some items are available online and in stores, but inventory can vary by location. You may also find special in-store pieces, local favorites, gifts, and seasonal items that are only available at select stores.
Orders
Once your order is placed, you’ll receive an order confirmation email. When your order ships, you’ll receive another email with tracking information so you can follow it all the way to your door.
We start working on orders as quickly as possible, so we may not be able to make changes once your order has been submitted. If you notice an issue with your shipping address, size, color, or item selection, email us right away at online@venture-19.com, and we’ll do our best to help before your order ships.
Because orders can move into processing quickly, cancellations are not guaranteed. Please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order, and our team will let you know what options are available.
If an item is sold out online, check back often or reach out to your local store. Some items may still be available at select locations.
On rare occasions, an item may become unavailable after your order is placed. If that happens, we’ll contact you and issue a refund for the unavailable item.
We do our very best to pack every order with care, but mistakes can happen. Please email us at online@venture-19.com within 3 days of delivery with your order number and photos if applicable. If your item arrived damaged, please include photos of the item and packaging so we can help as quickly as possible.
Shipping
Orders typically ship within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. During launches, sales, and holiday seasons, processing may take a little longer.
We currently ship within the United States. Shipping options and rates will be shown at checkout.
First, check around your porch, mailbox, parcel locker, side doors, and with neighbors or your local carrier. Sometimes packages are marked delivered shortly before they arrive. If you still can’t locate your package, contact the carrier directly and then reach out to us at online@venture-19.com with your order number.
At the moment, we do not.
Returns & Exchanges
We hope you love everything you get from venture19, but we understand that sometimes something just doesn’t work out. Eligible items may be returned for a refund within 30 days of delivery for online purchases, and 15 days for in-store purchases.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and have original tags attached.
Damaged items must be reported within 5 days of delivery by emailing online@venture-19.com

Sale items, discounted items, and customized products are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Customers are responsible for shipping costs. We recommend using an insured, trackable carrier. venture19 is not liable for lost or damaged return packages.
Exchanges are subject to product availability, and like-item exchanges cannot be guaranteed. Please contact us at online@venture-19.com to confirm availability before shipping your item.
Returns are processed within 5 days of receipt. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your banking institution.
